I would love to do BBB with my daughter during our trip, however she'll be just 20 days shy of her 3rd birthday. Would we still be allowed to go inside and shop for a dress and accessories without doing the hair and make-up?

    Hi, Michelle!  Welcome to planDisney!

Some of my most treasured Walt Disney World memories are of visiting Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique with my little princess.  The years have flown by, and she is now a teenager, but I will never forget the look of pure joy on her face when she caught that first glimpse of herself in the mirror after her magical transformation.  I hope that you'll be able to experience this with your daughter someday in the future when she is within that 3-12 year age range that is required for Guests to participate in a Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover.  In the meantime, I have some suggestions for how you can make all of your little one's princess dreams come true during your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort visit.

The Fairy Godmother's Apprentices at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are very busy and aren't always able to accommodate Guests who do not have boutique appointments booked.  I would suggest that you head right around the corner from Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to a shop called Sir Mickey's.  Sir Mickey's is a shop in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom Park.  It is situated right outside of the rear entrance to Cinderella Castle.  At Sir Mickey's, your princess will find quite a selection of costumes and accessories fit for royalty.  While you're purchasing that new gown, be sure to ask a Cast Member about their special supply of pixie dust.  You and your princess just might experience a magical surprise!

Once your little one is all dressed up in her new enchanting ensemble, be sure to stop by Princess Fairytale Hall to meet some of her favorite Disney Princesses.  Another great way to visit with Disney royalty is by booking a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table.  Dining inside the castle is a very popular experience, so be sure to make your dining reservations 60 days in advance.

If you're looking for a special activity to commemorate your little one's special day at Magic Kingdom Park, I would also recommend booking a Capture Your Moment photo session.  When you schedule this experience, you'll receive a 20-minute session with a Disney PhotoPass photographer who will capture all the magic of your best day ever.

Michelle, I hope your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is all that you've dreamed of and more.  If you have any additional questions, please visit us again.  We would love to help!  Have a magical day!
