    We have a LOT of points for our Disney Visa rewards. Can they be used to pay for our Disney hotel and for tickets?

    Hello Charles, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I am a Disney Visa Cardholder too. I absolutely love the fact that with every dollar I spend, I am earning points towards future Disney vacations. I am pleased to tell you that you can redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars to make your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort even more magical.

    You will need to request a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. Once you receive and activate it, you can use it to book vacation packages with the Walt Disney World Travel Company or pay for hotel stays at select Disney Resort Hotels. You can use this card pretty much anywhere Disney Gift Cards are accepted. You can even purchase theme park and special event tickets too. I have found the best way to apply rewards to your hotel room is to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. This will give you a credit on your account at the time of check-in.

    One of my favorite perks of being a Disney Visa Cardholder is being able to take advantage of the exclusive Disney Character photo experiences offered at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot. These photos will be free to download from your Disney PhotoPass account even if you do not purchase a Memory Maker. By the way, you can also use your redemption card to purchase a Memory Maker so that you can download and share all of your vacation memories. Keep in mind that redemption requirements are subject to change and you should refer to any updated terms and conditions regarding rewards from Disney Visa.
