Hello. I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion. Oh! I mean - I am Michelle, your personal planDisney panelist. Thank you for your question! I'm here to help.
Bowen, it sounds like you've recently returned from a magical visit to
Walt Disney World Resort! And while I love picking up some special souvenirs to take home, I truly think that the best keepsakes are the memories that have been made together. I'm so happy to hear that you used the
Disney PhotoPass Service and are looking to download the photos of your magical memories!
But oh, bother. I'm sorry that you're having difficulty downloading your photos. I have a few suggestions to get things in working order again!
First, make sure that you're using one of the
recommended browsers. Personally, I have the best experience when using Chrome. Before using a recommended browser, try to restart your computer to start things off from a clean slate!
Next, when downloading your photos, try holding down the "command" key when clicking your link (if using a Macbook or Apple computer) to prompt this download in a new window. You may also want to look in the upper right corner of your browser to see if there's a link you can click to allow pop-ups when you receive the error message. I'm not sure what browser you're using, but since this sounds like it's likely a browser issue, I would try to research how to add the Disney PhotoPass website to your exemption list.
If you've tried the above steps and are still receiving the same error message, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members who will be more than happy to help you retrieve your photos! You can contact
Disney PhotoPass Service online or you can call a Cast Member at (407) 560-4300.
I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Bowen! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. As my pal Baymax says, "I will always be with you."
*fist bump* bah-a-la-la-la!
