Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!
I am so glad to read that you are finding the Moms Panel most helpful. We simply love what we do and when we read that a guest is enjoying our helpful tips and advice, well, you can only imagine the smiles.
Since you are staying at a Walt Disney world Resort and you purchased your tickets through Walt Disney World, you are eligible to add the Disney Dining Plan to your current reservation. If you did not purchase your tickets through WDW and you want to add the Disney Dining Plan (DDP), you will need to purchase at least one day tickets through WDW. You will also need to do this prior to your arrival. You cannot add the DDP once you arrive or during the middle of your trip.
The DDP is a great way to save on your food budget. With all my visits, I tend to find myself calculating the price with and without the DDP. I typically tend to save myself $250-$300 with the DDP. As far as I'm concerned, this is a huge difference and I never visit WDW without the Disney Dining Plan. I have 5 members in my family which include an 18 year old and two teenagers. There are many different
PLANS to choose from, so select one that will fit your party just right.
Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel. Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up. We are always ready to offer some great tips and advice. May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and
MAGICAL memories.

MAGICAL day and "
