Rest assured, there are steps that you can take to still have the best time with it. Definitely contact Disney Merchandise Guest Services, the go-to source for all-things-Disney products help. You can contact via the
Guest Services webpage and listed phone number, or you can reach out to a friendly Cast Member at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. You'll be surprised by the magic of Disney customer service.
AN EXTRA GEM: I recommend that you have some type of proof of purchase like a receipt from the Droid Depot. This will make it easier for the Cast Member to help. Also, not having a remote shouldn't put too much of a damper on your play! You can still use the Droid Depot app on your personal device to get the most out of your droid.
