I lost a redemption card with points on it. How do I recover those points?

Hi Sherry! Oh no! Like Indiana Jones on the search for an ancient relic, I will try to help you locate your lost Disney Rewards dollars!

I love my Disney Visa Card by Chase! I rack up those Disney Rewards dollars and then transfer them to my redemption card just before leaving for a magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! If you’ve lost your redemption card, you should call 1-800-436-7999. You can speak with a Chase Cardmember Service representative to report that you’ve lost your card. They should be able to issue a new card and determine the amount of reward dollars that were on your card at the time it was lost.

Once you have your replacement redemption card, you will be able to go about making purchases using your Disney Reward dollars! My family has used our redemption card to purchase everything from theme park tickets to merchandise on shopdisney.com!

    Dreams do come true!
