Dear Kathy,
A few years back, before I had my Disney online account where I was able to link all of my Disney PhotoPass photos, I experienced something similar to your situation.
I had taken my goddaughter to visit Disneyland for the very first time and I lost my PhotoPass card which had pictures of her and I with Minnie Mouse, Winnie the Pooh and posing in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle. I was heartbroken.
I called Guest Services and they connected me to the PhotoPass department.
Moments later, I was purchasing those cherished photos and thanking the Cast members the entire time!
I share this story because even though there aren't any guarantees, there's a very good chance that you can still
retrieve your photos from a lost Disney PhotoPass card!
Here's what you need to know:
*If your lost card was already linked to your
online Disney account, you can still view your photos when you log in and go to PhotoPass.
*If you don't yet have an online Disney account or you didn't have a chance to link your Disney PhotoPass card to your Disney account before misplacing it, you will simply have to fill out the information in the
Lost Disney PhotoPass Form and a friendly Cast member will do everything possible to help you find your vacation photos and other digital content.
You will be asked to provide as much detail as possible regarding the date of your visit, location where the photos were taken and the approximate time, plus other details that may allow the Cast Member to track down the photos and get them to you soon.
Sending Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust so that you're able to get a hold of those Lighting McQueen memories!
