Enchanted Tales with Belle is such a magical experience, especially if you get selected to participate in the story. It’s truly a hidden gem at Magic Kingdom. As long as your trip was not too long ago, you should be able to recover the photos taken by the
Disney PhotoPass photographer (even without the photo card).
I recommend that you fill out a
Help Center form on the Disney World website and select “Disney PhotoPass” and “Missing Photos.” You can also make a request in the
My Disney Experience app by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the main page, selecting “Photo Gallery,” and look on the FAQs page (under the three little dots at the top of that page).
If you’d rather talk directly to a friendly Cast Member, call 407-560-4300 and they will ask you time and date questions to help you find your lost moment in time. In general, regardless of which method you use, be as detailed as possible. Share what you were wearing and who you were with to help them locate them even easier. For instance, I called to find on-ride photos of me and my son on
TRON Lightcycle / Run and I overshared details but it worked because now I have photos—and videos—from that cool experience in the Grid.
