Joe from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I lost one of our two physical SoCal Resident Tickets during the Covid-19 shutdown. Can we reclaim it by providing proof of purchase? We attended only once out of the 3-day pass.

    Hey Joe!

    Welcome to planDisney!

One of the many perks of living in Southern California is access to the SoCal Resident Pass at the Disneyland Resort. It’s such an amazing deal and I’m so glad you were able to take advantage of it. There are so many amazing things happening in the theme parks that you’ll be glad you have these tickets to use. Inside Disneyland Park there is the newly reimagined Snow White’s Enchanted Wish that is so much fun! Inside Disney California Adventure Park, there is Avengers Campus which is perfect for the whole family.

Now that the theme parks are open, you’ll need a theme park reservation along with your valid admission. Your Socal Resident ticket has been extended through December 16, 2021 with blackout dates of July 4, 2021 and November 20-27, 2021. If you lost your ticket you’ll need to call Ticket Services to see what your options are. If it was an E-Ticket and you still have the email, you may have enough information on that email to relink your ticket to your Disney Account.

Well Joe, if you have any other questions please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
