I have lost my Memory Maker photos from my trip in Oct 2019. Is it possible for some of them to be recovered?

    Welcome to planDisney, Aubrie!

I hope you’re enjoying your holiday season! If you’re feeling the need to bring a little extra Disney magic into your life, be sure to check out the “Holiday” section on Disney+ — This is how I’m coping with not being at the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks this December!

Disney PhotoPass photos and videos are subject to the Disney PhotoPass Expiration Policy. This policy currently states that PhotoPass media expires 45 days from the date they were taken. (You may be able to purchase a slight expiration extension on the Disney PhotoPass website, but that is typically the only exception to this policy.) I’m so sorry to hear that you’ve lost some of your Memory Maker photos from your past trip, Aubrie! My one piece of advice would be to check your cloud storage on your computer or mobile device as sometimes there are automatic save features that may have stored your photos without your knowledge!

You’re always welcome to call Disney PhotoPass Guest Support at (407) 560-4300 to see if they can help you further, Aubrie.

We hope you have a lovely holiday season, and we would love to hear from you again at planDisney soon!

Hello! I am Allyn, your personal planDisney companion! I’ve enjoyed most of my life in the heart of Wyoming but am currently living my fairy tale as a wife, mom, yoga instructor, and fine jewelry designer in central Florida! When I’m not galavanting around the Disney theme parks, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, outside playing with my family, or learning to do something new. I truly believe that dreams come true, and I look forward to sharing that magic with you!
