You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! I'm sorry to hear that you've misplaced your Disney Vacation Club Membership Card, but I've got good news –– physical DVC Membership cards were retired at the end of 2021 and replaced with an
all-new digital Membership Card. Now, your DVC Membership card will be stored right in your smartphone's digital wallet and you'll never need to worry about losing it again!
Downloading your new card is quick and easy –– I'm happy to walk you through the steps of the process so you'll be ready to access all your
Member Benefits during your upcoming visit. Here's what you'll need to do:
1. Make sure that you've downloaded the latest version of the
My Disney Experience mobile app and sign in using the Disney Account linked to your Disney Vacation Club Membership.
2. Tap on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select "Disney MagicMobile" from the main menu.
3. Create a new
Disney MagicMobile pass by tapping "Set Up Your Pass –– this new pass will act as your new Membership Card, along with giving you access to any tickets and entitlements linked to your account, and will be stored to the digital wallet on your mobile device.
4. Select a pass style and tap "Add to Wallet" to finalize your selection and create your pass.
After you've completed the download process, be sure to confirm that the card has been stored in your digital wallet. If you see it, that's all you need to do –– your new DVC Digital Membership Card will be ready and waiting to use during your next visit.
Because all physical DVC Cards expired on December 31, 2021, any other Members on your account will need to download a new digital card, as well. To do this, each DVC Member needs their own
individual username and password for the
Disney Vacation Club website. If you've been sharing a single account, or if you've never set up your DVC account, don't worry –– Member Services can provide you with a Member ID and Activation Code for each Member on your contract. While you can do this by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800, I suggest using the chat feature on the DVC website during Member Services business hours for much shorter wait times. Just be sure to have your Membership Number handy before you begin –– the Cast Member you chat with will need to verify that information to access your account.
