I'm so sorry to hear this and I am glad to hear that you were able to file a claim with the
Lost and Found. I called and chatted with a super helpful Cast Member who shared that you can reach out to them with the serial number of your
MagicBand+ and they will be able to report your band as lost in their system. To do this, you can call general information at
(714) 781-4636 and I recommend calling as soon as possible so they can log your band as lost. This process is separate and in addition to the lost and found report you have already filed.
Again, I'm so sorry that you lost your MagicBand+. I have heard stories of many other Guests who have lost something (including their MagicBand+) while visiting the parks and their item was recovered and sent back to them. I really hope that this will also be the case for you.
