    I have lost my magic band. How do I buy a new one?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a very good question!

    I love keeping MagicBands from previous visits so while losing one makes me sad that I have lost a special keepsake from a magical vacation, I am still happy that it is very easy to purchase a new one.

    First, I recommend deactivating your lost MagicBand. Log in to your My Disney Experience account, select Magic Bands and Cards under My Account, deactivate your MagicBand and indicate that it is lost. You are more than welcome to buy a new one online at ShopDisney.com or at several merchandise locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. My favorite place to shop for MagicBands is at World of Disney at Disney Springs. Don’t forget that if you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel you will receive a complimentary MagicBand that will be delivered directly to your home before your arrival date.
