I’ve lost my I.D. Is it still possible to buy tickets and enter Disney world without one?

    Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. It looks like you’re visiting Walt Disney World RIGHT NOW, and I am both jealous and so, so excited for you! Although Santa has done his work for this year and is now enjoying some rest and relaxation, there’s still so much holiday cheer all around the Walt Disney World Resort, and I hope you’re having all the festive fun.

I checked in with a Cast Member, who confirmed that you may need to show photo identification when using a credit card if the card is unsigned or does not include a photo. In my experience, I have only needed to show my ID when using my Walt Disney World Annual Pass for discounts, or when ordering alcoholic beverages, but it’s good to know you may be asked when using a credit card. If you’ll be using cash or gift cards, you should be fine. For more information about tickets, check out Disney's interactive Tickets & Visit Guide web page.

I hope that’s helpful and that you’re already in the parks and living your best life! If you'll be ringing in the new year at Walt Disney World, you're in for some truly awesome fireworks and celebrations. If you'll be celebrating elsewhere, you can still experience the magic with a #DisneyParksLIVE stream of the "Fantasy in the Sky" fireworks from Magic Kingdom Park. Either way, I'm wishing you a wonderful celebration and cheers to a new year!

Wishing you a merry and magical vacation,
    Robyn
