Hiya Susan - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks so much for stopping by with your question - I'm happy to help!
Isn't being a
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder great? Not only do you get to visit Mickey and his pals throughout the year, but we also receive unique Special Offers, discounts, and so much more! With all that magic wrapped up in one little card, I can understand why you'd want to immediately replace it.
There are a couple of options for you, Susan. First, and most accessible, is to simply stop by any Guest Relations location at a Theme Park or at Disney Springs. They will be able to look up your My Disney Experience account and should be able to get you back on your feet in no time. There really isn't much of anything you'd need your physical Annual Pass for prior to visiting the parks, so this seems to be the easiest option. If you're anxious to have it sooner, I suggest calling V.I.PASSHOLDER support and speaking with a Cast Member specializing in Annual Passes. I wasn't able to confirm if you can have a new pass sent to you, but these are the folks to reach out to about that if you want to explore that option.
As I said, Susan, as long as your Annual Pass is linked to your
My Disney Experience account, there's not really a need for a physical version. You can make and modify Park Pass Reservations and can even enter the Theme Parks and use other features like linking PhotoPass photos with the
Disney MagicMobile service on a compatible smartphone! That being said, I still love to have a physical Annual Pass too, so I encourage you to visit Guest Relations the next time you visit.
I hope this information is helpful -
