What can I do when I lose my magic band?

    Hello Haridasan,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. There are a couple of options for you according to our Help Center page. If your MagicBand gets lost at home or while in the parks, the first think you will want to do is log into your My Disney Experience account and deactivate it. You will also have the option to report that it has been lost.

If you are currently at Walt Disney World resort and lose a MagicBand, head over to any Guest Relations window at the parks or Lobby Concierge in your Disney Resort Hotel and a Cast Member will be able to deactivate the lost band and provide you with a card to use throughout the duration of your stay.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a magical day!
