Will I lose my Dining Reservation spot if I'm late arriving?

    Hi Karma!

Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.

Generally, it is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your Advance Dining Reservation time. If you should arrive later than your reservation time, simply check in at the Hostess stand and let a Cast Member there know that you have arrived late. You'll be slated into the queue for seating based on your arrival time, rather than your reservation time if late, and seated at the next available table for your party size. There is usually some allowance for late arrivals, within 30 minutes or so of your reservation time.

If you'll be leaving a park or resort and traveling around the property for a dining reservation, always allow a full hour for travel time between destinations.

Please write me back any time you wish if you have additional questions about your upcoming vacation. I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World Karma!
