Hi Farren! I think you have picked a great first marathon! It will be my first full marathon as well, so I share your nerves and also excitement!
You seem to be familiar with the course map, but if not, you can find it on the
Disney World Marathon website. (click on the tab "RUNNER INFO", and then "Course")
I know you are looking for a more detailed map, though, and I totally understand! I Googled the phrase "Disney World marathon elevation map" and it pulled up a ton of posts from people who have run it in the past, and then uploaded their data.
The course is a bit different for this year, but these maps will give you a good look and understanding of most of the roads you will be on.
I also found a good one when I Googled "Disney World marathon gps map", this brought up some links to GPS uploads from previous races.
I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions! If you haven't already, be sure to check out Disney's official trainer,
Jeff Galloway, and his training plans for all Disney races. I am following the marathon plan and just finished up a 15-miler!
