    Lori, thanks again for all of your help. What type of clothing do you recommend wearing in the Tinkerbell Half? I will be coming from the East Coast and am not familiar with CA weather. When can I book packages for the Tink Half? I see reg is in July. Thx!

    Hi Kim! You are very welcome!

    The average temperatures for January in Anaheim are highs around 71 degrees and lows around 48.  Of course, this is just a guideline and it isn't unusual to be much warmer or much cooler.

    I usually start checking the weather about 2 weeks before the race to get a grasp of what it is "supposed" to be.  But, I prepare for warm and cold by bringing something to wear in both circumstances.  I was very comfortable in a t-shirt and capri pants at the Tinkerbell.  I did have a jacket to begin with, but ended up throwing it off around mile 2.  (all discarded clothing items get donated to a charity, so I always bring an old jacket that I can toss)
