Lori, I am running the princess half for the second time. How do you have race updates text to a loved one back home?

Hi Josette!  Congratulations on running in your second Princess half marathon!  Isn't it so much fun?  The link to sign up for runner text alerts will be posted on the Princess half marathon page of runDisney's website.  They usually post a link in the "bulletin board" part of the first page, and also a link under the tab "spectator resources" on the left.  The runner tracking is provided by a different company, and the link is usually posted about one week before race day.  You should get an email when it becomes available, but you can also keep checking the website.  It is a great tool for your fans!  It will send them an alert when you cross the 5K, 10K, and 15K lines in the race and it will also give them your estimated finishing time so they can be there to see you cross the finish line!  See you there!
