    Hi Lori, I am running my first DIsneyLand 1/2 in Sept. 2012. I have read that most of the souvenirs at the expo, shirts, dooney & bourke bags etc. sell out on Friday. Have you found this to be true? I fly in early Saturday morning, due to my work sche

    Hi Marlinda  I am super excited about the Disneyland half marathon!

    The Disney race expos are always really fun to go to.  I always seem to find lots of awesome stuff that I "need"!

    As far as merchandise, the Dooney and Bourke limited edition purses don't just sell out the first day, they sell out in the first couple of hours!  I have never been there early enough to grab one.  If you REALLY want one, you can always find a couple on eBay in the days after the races.  There may be a couple of other race shirts that sell out, but I can generally find what I want and need on the second day of the expo. 

    I hope this helps.  Don't worry about getting there on Saturday, there will still be plenty left to see, do, and sample at the expo.
