    Hello Lori! I am just looking to get a room (no tickets/dining option) for the Princess 1/2? Is there benefit to reserving with the RunDisney phone number or are prices for resort rooms the same as the general Disney World online reservation system?

    Hi Trace!

    The Princess Half is such a fun weekend!  I know you will have a great time:)

    There really isn't a difference.  Some race weekends offer room discounts and/or special gifts for runners, but as of right now, there is nothing offered during Princess Half Marathon weekend.

    You can book wherever you find the best deal.  All of the Disney Resorts will be "host resorts" and have buses running to and from the runDisney events all weekend, so it won't matter which one you choose.

    I like to keep an eye on the Special Offers page on the Disney World website.  Sometimes they release room discount offers that are valid during race weekends!
