Hi Farren!

Well, I think you HAVE to be on a bus no later than 4 a.m., but I actually like to be on one of the first buses closer to 3 a.m. Either one will get you there on time, but I really like having some extra time to relax and get rid of my nerves once at the starting area.

Yes, it is really a 20 minute walk to the start. It's an easy walk, and I actually like it because it helps me to warm up and loosen my muscles a bit. Your bus ride will vary according to what resort you are coming from, but I would plan at least a 20 minute ride.
