    Hi Lori! I'm in a bit of a panic, I just found my registration for the Royal Family 5k & noticed that I put my estimated time to be between 9-11 minutes per mile..but my time is currently 12.25 minutes per mile. Will this be a problem? Thanks for your

    Hey there!

    No problem at all!  That's just an estimate to get you into the correct corral.  You can go at whatever pace feels comfortable for you.  The only requirement is to stay ahead of a 16 minute/mile pace, but it sounds like you will be way ahead of that!

    The 12-12.5 minute mile is my favorite pace!  It's a great way to enjoy a run.
