Hello Lori I go to the gym but have never trained for a race before. Which would you recomment for a first time racer, Tower of Terror or Wine & Dine Half as a goal to work towards? Asking from both a race and fun perspective. Any info is appreciated

Hi Lisa!  Congratulations on setting a race as your goal!

Well, both of these races are really fun, and I know you would love both.  But, if you want me to recommend one, I would choose the Wine and Dine.  It is a bit farther than the 10-Miler (3.1 miles farther), but I like the course better.  The course for Wine and Dine takes you through three of the Disney parks, and then ends at Epcot for the after-party at the International Food and Wine Festival.  It's my favorite of ALL the Disney races.

Again, you can't lose with either choice, and I plan to do both again this year, but the Wine and Dine is my favorite race every single year!

Please let me know if you have any other questions.  You are going to love running at Disney!
