Lori, My friend and I are wanting to come and run at Disney. We have to choose between the 1/2 Walt Disney World one in January or the 1/2 Princess one in February ! Which one?

Hi Vicki!  Running at Disney is so much fun!  You really can't go wrong with either one.

It depends on what kind of atmosphere you are looking for.  Of course, both races are full of magic and excitement, but the Princess Half is really geared more toward women finding their inner (or sometimes not so-inner) Princess!

The Princess was my first runDisney race, and I am so glad it was.  It really was all about Princesses cheering on Princesses and costumes and fun and girl-power and tutus and etc., etc.!  There were Disney Princesses and Heroes all along the course and we even got serenaded by men who had found our glass slippers!

Again, I LOVE both races and would do each one every year if at all possible, but if I were going to pick one, and it was me and another girlfriend, I would probably choose the Princess Half Marathon.

Let me know what you choose and if I can answer any questions about planning for it!
