    Lori, I have a few days solo at the Coronado Springs later this month. Do you know how long the jogging trail around the resort is? If not too long, I can factor in a walk to help with my ankle arthritis & lose weight. Thanks! --{--@

    Hi Rochelle!  It looks like the jogging trail at the Coronado Springs Resort is about .9 of a mile.  That should be the perfect distance for you to get a little extra exercise while on your trip.  Here is a link to all the jogging trails on Walt Disney World property. 
    I hope you enjoy your solo trip to Disney World!  I have been there by myself several times and always have a great time doing the more adult-oriented adventures.  I  also love being able to just slow down and enjoy all of the little details that I often miss when chasing my two boys around.
