Hi Lori! Is there any advantage to getting park hopper passes now or can we just see how we feel when we get there? Also, I have a vactaion package with 6 days, so can I just upgrade 2 of those days to hopper ticketes? How much is the upgrade? Thanks!

    Hi Irene!

I am not sure if you are talking about a package that you bought through runDisney or a package that you bought directly from Disney World.  Your best bet would be to call whichever place you purchased your package to ask about upgrading to park hoppers.  The runDisney number is 407-WDW-IRUN, or the Disney World reservations number is (407) 939-7675,  Your prices and upgrade availability will depend on which tickets you purchased.

As far as park hoppers go, it is a toss-up.  Generally, when we go, we do get the park hoppers.  We will visit one park in the morning, take a break at the resort for a while, and then visit another park in the evening.  This allows us to take advantage of different Extra Magic Hours and also parades, fireworks, etc.

If you know you want to be at one park from open until close each day, then I wouldn't spend the extra money on the park hopper option.  You should look at your schedule and see what you think!

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
