What loop over 2400 is good at cabins fort wilderness

    Hi Angela,

Thank you so much for coming to planDisney with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical Disney vacations!

My family and I have spent many great vacations staying in the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. There is definitely something extra special and magical about this resort. Even though you are in the heart of Walt Disney World, you feel as though you are on a secluded, comforting campground. Over the years, we have enjoyed so much of the recreation at Disney's Fort Wilderness. From pony rides for my daughter to canoe rentals as a family, this resort has so much to offer. And definitely save at least one night to experience Chip 'N Dales' Campfire Sing-A-Long and a Movie Under the Stars. While these offerings are wonderful at every resort, they are extra special at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort as they are offered in the lovely outdoor Campground Theater!

In terms of which cabin loop we prefer, that depends on what we want out of our cabin loop location. Cabin loops 2700 and 2800 are located the closest to the Outpost Depot, which is at the front of the resort and includes the bus stop for transportation around Walt Disney World. If you stayed in these, you would have the quickest walk to that bus stop at the front of the resort, and could potentially skip using the internal resort bus. Loops 2500 and 2600 are closest to the pool in this area, which is also nice for a quick walk to this recreation option. My family has found that for us, it does not matter as much which loop we are in, but rather that we are closer to the main road. This saves on walking to get anywhere, including to the internal bus stops, as you will always need to get from your cabin to the main road when heading anywhere at the resort. Please do note that if you make a request about the location of your cabin, this is a request and while Disney will do their best to honor it, it is not a guarantee.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Angela! Please do feel free to come back if you have any further questions while planning your magical vacation.
