Welcome back to planDisney, George! I'm so happy that you continue to make your way back to us. We love helping Guests make the most magic they can at the
Walt Disney World Resort...or any other Disney vacation!
Currently,
bus and
water transportation from
Disney Springs is available for Guests staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel or visiting one with a valid
dining or experience reservation. Guests may be asked to show a valid resort hotel room key, dining reservation, or experience reservation. If you have a valid dining or experience reservation, you are usually able to park at the hotel while you're enjoying your activity. You can also board the appropriate hotel bus from Disney Springs up to two hours before your reservation time. Transportation from
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is for Guests of that resort. But don't forget, when you're visiting and
parked at the theme parks, you can currently use the
monorail system to get from
EPCOT or
Magic Kingdom Park to the resorts along the monorail route and the
Disney Skyliner to get to the resorts it connects.
Some of my favorite dining locations are at the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. You've got
Cítricos at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, with its elegant
Mary Poppins Returns atmosphere and delicious food. Then, you've got the classic
California Grill at
Disney's Contemporary Resort, where my husband had what he swears was the best steak he's ever eaten, and he's eaten
a lot of steak. Next, I love
Kona Cafe for breakfast at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. And then, I have fallen in love with
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera atop
Disney's Riviera Resort. Between the very unique (and delicious) character breakfast and the romantic (and also delicious) dinner service, this restaurant really has become a gem and a new classic at Disney World.
Gerhard, enjoy your adventures on your next trip. If you have any other questions,
you know where to find me!
Off to Never Land,
Matt
