    Hi there NIcholas,

    I have had the distinct pleasure of dining at Victoria and Albert's on several occasions, but my most enjoyable visit was a few months back when I was luck enough to dine at the intimate and acclaimed Chef's Table which is tucked neatly into a back corner of the award-winning kitchen.

    I knew ahead of time that reservations for this coveted seating arrangement are required and are very hard to come by, so I was sure to set my alarm early in the morning on the 180th day prior to my vacation, in order to attempt to snag my desired date!  I was lucky!

    There is no need to arrive early, as you will be directed to wait in the Citrico's lounge or lobby area until a Victoria and Albert's attendant arrives to greet you promptly at your reservation time.  I'd say 5-10 minutes early should suffice!  Victoria and Albert's is located upstairs from the main lobby of the Grand Floridian in the far back corner next door to Citrico's Restaurant.

    There is only one seating for the Chef's Table experience and that is at 5:00 PM.  The experience takes anywhere from 3-4 hours and you won't want to be rushed, so unless Wishes is occurring at 10PM that night, you probably won't make it over to the Poly!  There are some great places to watch right at the Grand Floridian as well, though!
