Hi, Allison!
You are right!
There are a few options now for Guests who wish to save a little cash while saving precious memories of their trips to Walt Disney World via Disney's PhotoPass. Here are few options:
Disney's PhotoPass + enables Guests to enjoy "unlimited PhotoPass photos" in their account which are taken throughout their stay. These pics include "Magic Shot photos" as well as photos from select attractions and dining locations. This option was perfect for my extended family's stay at WDW, as it enabled us to get everyone in many pics as well as capturing those priceless moments when someone is screaming with laughter in an attraction photo (or focusing intensely while looking for Zurg!) This package is currently offered at a pre-order discount of $149, a great savings, that's for sure.
Similarly, Disney's PhotoPass CD offers all of the above except for the attraction and dining photos, and is currently offered at a pre-order discount of $119.95.
Take a look at this link for
Disney' PhotoPass for more information about these and other options for your upcoming trip to WDW.
Finally, there is a new option, Disney Attractions +, which offers Guests all of their digital attraction pics for $44.95 (price effective at the time of this writing.) This is yet another great option for Guests who know that they may want to capture those magical moments with loved ones on favorite (or newly favorite) attractions at a reasonable price. More information about this option can be found by searching one of my favorite unofficial Disney sites, allears.net. Simply enter "photopass +" into the search bar to find the latest allears.net post on Guest photo options at WDW.
Send more questions as you think of them, Allison; we love to help!
