Bonjour & Bienvenue, Laura!
Thanks for joining us at planDisney as you prepare for your upcoming
Disneyland Paris vacation. I can think of no better way to set a magical tone for 2026 than by enjoying a January stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. as soon as possible, so let's chat about what you can expect during your visit.
You are correct, Laura, that
Disney Enchanted Christmas will conclude on January 6, but happily, Mickey and his pals work hard to ensure that the change of seasons has a minimal impact on the experience of visiting Mouseketeers by removing holiday decor between operating hours. I've always been amazed at how much can change in just one night at Disneyland Park. It truly feels like magic!
On January 7, there might be a few lingering holiday touches, but the seasonal celebrations will have officially concluded. While there are not usually closures related to the changing of seasons, there are sometimes refurbishment closures during the winter months. Specific information for the dates of your visit has not yet been released, but as your vacation approaches, you'll be able to check on announced closures by selecting '
Park Hours' in the top right corner of the website. This will direct you to a page that will allow you to view park hours and offerings (including closures) by date once the information is available.
Although the Christmas celebrations will have ceased during your visit, Elsa's favorite season will still be in full swing, so be sure to pack your winter weather necessities! Of course, if you find that you're in need of another layer,
Hakuna Matata! It's the perfect excuse to buy some new magical merchandise!
I hope this clears things up for you, Laura, and that you'll stop back by if any other questions arise as you finalize your plans. After all, you've got a friend in
planDisney!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
