Hi Ashley,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this excellent question.
The Walt Disney World Resort offers some
terrific accommodations for parties of 5 Guests or more who wish to stay in the same room. In your particular situation, the Family Suites at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and Disney's Art of Animation Resort are affordable options to consider. Family Suites can accommodate up to 6 adults plus one infant (an infant is a guest under the age of 3 years old). Therefore, if there is even one infant in your travel party, a Family Suite at either of those two resorts would be perfect for your family's needs.
The Standard Rooms at
Disney Value Resort hotels will sleep up to 4 adults, plus one infant in a crib. So reserving two Standard Rooms at a Disney Value Resort hotel is another budget-friendly idea. This arrangement is typically more affordable than booking one of the Deluxe Villas. The best way to request connecting rooms is to call (407) 939-1936 and have the Cast Member add your request to the reservation. Be sure to specify the two Standard Rooms must have a shared door in-between connecting them. However, keep in mind that room requests are never guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
All of the above being said, I also suggest doing a bit of price comparison. Do spend some time researching the
Special Offers page too. You might find a vacation package that is ideally suited for your family's vacation budget.
Please come back soon with more questions, Ashley. We'll be glad to spread a little pixie dust on all your Disney vacation plans.
