Hello! Looking for some yummy snack ideas in HS. Planning for a late lunch/early dinner then snacking while we wait for Fantasmic (7:30 start time). 2 adults and 2 children. Also, where in HS can we pick up GWTS ears? Thanks so much, love this Panel!

    Hi Alyssa,

That sounds like an awesome agenda for your visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Let me start with your question about the Glow With the Show ears. These little beauties are starting to catch on, so they're widely available in the various gift shops around the theme parks!

Now, let me go back to your first question, which happens to be one of my favorite topics (food at Walt Disney World!). Here are a few of my favorite snack spots in Disney's Hollywood Studios:

    1) The Writer's Stop

They've got great coffees and pastries, but they're claim to fame is the Carrot Cake Cookie. Definitely try one of those!

    2) Starring Rolls Cafe

They've got a wide variety of sandwiches, fruit, and other goodies that would be perfect for sharing as a snack. My personal favorite is the Butterfinger Cupcake!

    3) Beverly Sunset

As you can probably tell, I've got a major sweet tooth! If you're like me, than this place will definitely hit the spot. They've got a whole host of homemade candies, fudge, cookies, and other yummy delights!

Here's a bonus tip from your buddy Derek:

I've got to mention my new favorite hangout - The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge!

Just last week, I was there when they opened up the patio area of The Hollywood Brown Derby and converted it into a walk-up lounge area with a tapas-style menu. While this small-bite menu is unique to the lounge, one of the cast members offered to snag any of the items off of the regular table-service menu for me as well.

(Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake lovers rejoice!)

I hope that helps! Please feel free to write back if you should have any additional questions and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
