Looking at going to WDW Dec 13- Dec 22 Will be staying at Coronado Springs. How are the crowds? We want to go when the crowds are managable. Working around school breaks to minimize time out of school as well as having all the attractions open.

Holiday trips to Walt Disney World are always especially magical, Ryan.  And you've chosen a great time to visit.  Historically, early December guests enjoy very manageable crowd levels.  My family vacationed during a similar time frame two years ago and I can assure you that the crowds were quite tolerable.  We departed for a Disney cruise on Dec. 18th and when we returned to Walt Disney World post-cruise, we found the crowds to be ridiculous.  There was most definitely a very noticeable difference in Christmas/New Years week crowds over what we experienced in early to mid December.  I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the crowd levels during your visit.  Enjoy a festive trip!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
