looking for Walt Disney Resorts that offer a walking area and not a long distance to one of the major 4 parks. can you walk from disney caribbean beach club to Epcot?

    Hi Kathy,

Two resorts are in walking distance of Epcot- Disney's BoardWalk Inn and Disney's Beach and Yacht Club Resort. Since these two resorts are also walking distance from Disney's Hollywood Studios, they are your best bet if you wish to be close to the theme parks. Looking at a map, Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort appears to be walking distance to the Epcot, but the resort is too far away from the park to stroll over. Walt Disney World covers a vast area about the size of San Francisco; just driving from the front gate to the Magic Kingdom takes about 15 minutes. Another good choice if you wish to be near a theme park is Disney's Contemporary Resort which is walking distance to the Magic Kingdom.

Please contact me if you have any additional questions about choosing a resort or any other aspect of planning your Walt Disney World vacation.
