As for when you can book a
Disneyland Resort hotel, the Disneyland Resort typically opens hotel reservations around August or September of the prior year, so if that trend continues then we should see those booking windows opening up soon.
Finally, the
Pixar Place Hotel is a great choice! It's the most recently reimagined of the three Disney Resort hotels, and the Pixar theming is genuinely delightful. Late January into early February tends to be one of the quieter stretches at the Disneyland Resort, which works in your favor both for hotel availability and for shorter wait times in the parks.
