Hi Robert!
I am happy to let you know that, historically, that week in February is pretty good as far as crowds are concerned. The main week in February to be concerned about high crowd volume is the week of President's Day/Mardi Gras. Another time it gets kind of crowded in February is the weekend of the Princess Half Marathon, which is scheduled for February 24 - 26 in 2012. That is also the same weekend that the Daytona 500 is scheduled in 2012, so it's best to avoid it if you can that weekend.
The weather in Orlando in February is generally very pleasant, with average temps in the low 60s, and scattered rain. However, temps have been known to get as high as in the 90s, and the lowest temperature ever recorded in February in Orlando was 26 degrees! Brrrrrrrrrrr!!! So, it's best to watch the weather predictions as you get closer to the date, and bring a little bit of everything - from a bathing suit (heated pools throughout Walt Disney World) to sweatshirts and jackets! I was in Walt Disney World this past February and can attest to the fact that I went swimming during the day, and needed a sweater in the evening!
