we are looking to visit disneyworld around the 21st of aug until labor day - what does that mean for crowds - i understand that most schools in the USA start earlier than we do here in Canda. i look forward to hearing from you - thanks for your help.

    Hi V,

Thanks for your question; I love getting questions from a fellow Canadian!  The end of August is when my family usually visits Walt Disney World Resort during the summer - the crowds are beginning to thin out, but we can still enjoy that wonderful Florida heat!

We visited Walt Disney World Resort at the end of last August and we found out that most schools in the area do in fact start before Labour Day, allowing for smaller crowd levels.  I like the website  www.touringplans.com - it estimates park crowds on a daily basis based on data from Walt Disney World.  For the end of August, the website estimates the crowds levels to be 5/10, making it a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort!

I hope that answer helps with your planning.  Please let me know if you have any other questions, I would be happy to help make your vacation even more magical!
