Hello, David! Thanks for stopping by planDisney! You've asked some great questions- my only question to you is, do you have room for one more?!
Going to the Walt Disney World theme parks with a
VIP Tour Guide is a truly customizable experience, and you will surely receive the ultimate royal treatment. When you book, you can discuss a personalized itinerary that fits your expectations. For many, this is a family vacation with various ages, and you can ask for scheduled breaks and meals. However, some guests want to hit all the major headliner attractions and get as much done as possible- it's all up to you!
Prices are always subject to change, but currently, the cost is $425-$850 per hour (depending on the season) for a minimum of seven hours. Remember that you'll need valid
theme park admission and a
park pass reservation for the park where you wish to start your day. If you want to visit multiple theme parks during your tour, you'll need to purchase the
Park Hopper Option. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance by calling (407) 560-4033.
No official announcement has been made about the opening of Tron Lightcycle Power Run (my guess is late winter-spring 2023), but there's no doubt that when it debuts, it will be the most popular attraction in the parks. When I spoke to a Cast Member about how they intend to include this ride with the VIP Tour Experience, she said they didn't have any information yet. Tour Guides can take guests on
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and
Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance one time, so it will likely be similar.
Your day will start from a scheduled pickup location; if you plan to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can choose to start here. When you call, mention that you'll have two guests in your party in wheelchairs; that way, they'll know to send an ADA-accessible van. You'll then be driven around to your chosen locations throughout the day. There is a page on the Walt Disney World website that lists all the attractions with modifications for guests with
mobility disabilities. Your VIP Tour Guide will communicate with the attraction Cast Members to ensure everything goes smoothly, including allowing those guests to use the alternate entrances for Lightning Lanes. Another great perk is that VIP Tour guests receive special seating for nighttime firework shows and Magic Kingdom Park's
Festival of Fantasy Parade.
David, I hope all your dreams and wishes come true on your next Walt Disney World vacation! Have a magical time.
