I am looking at Villa and Suite options at WDW for a family of 4 that will need at least 3 separate sleeping areas (pull-out couches qualify) with doors between them as we have a few who snore. Can you clarify which resorts/villas might work?

    Hi Meredith,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! Like you, my family likes to have our own space when we are sleeping on vacation. I think I can help you with your search for the right villa for your family.

In order to get three separate sleeping spaces which all have doors, you are going to need to look at a minimum of a two-bedroom villa at one of Disney's Deluxe Villa resorts. While these resorts are the Disney Vacation Club resorts, the good news is that they do have accommodations available for guests who are not members of Disney Vacation Club and who wish to book a villa using a traditional payment method such as a credit card.

While your family of four would fit in a one-bedroom villa or even a deluxe studio at a Deluxe Villa resort, because you are looking for three separate sleeping areas with doors, you will need a two-bedroom villa. These villas include two bedrooms, as well as pull out couches and sometimes pull out chairs in the living area. Two-bedroom villas also include a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer right in the villa!

I do enjoy each of Disney's Deluxe Villa resorts. One of my favorites is Disney's Old Key West Resort, for the large villas and relaxed charm of the resort. I also always enjoy a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village for the rich decor and ability to see exotic animals out of nearly every window.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Meredith. Have a wonderful time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions!
