We are looking at a value resort accessible room with shower but are wondering if you would be able to fit a large power chair and a large mobility scooter in the same room? Looking mostly at Disney's All Stars Movies Resort.

    Hello, Friend,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Disney's All-Star Movies Resort was the first Disney resort my family stayed at, and it will always hold such special memories for me because of that.  I love the large icons and theming from classic Disney movies and hope you enjoy them, too.

The rooms at the resort are 260 sq. feet, so there is not a lot of extra room in them.  If a room with a king-size bed is an option for you, it will would provide you with more space.  If you'd like to visualize the space, you can click on the above link and click on the View Gallery button. Then, click on the Rooms button to see all the different room configurations. Each room does have a small table and two chairs; perhaps, these could be moved to provide additional space.

I do know that when I've stayed at any of the value resorts, I have seen guests parking their ECVs outside of the rooms and covered with rain ponchos to keep them dry.  However, this is not a secure way to store them.

If you are concerned about the lack of space, if you were to book a Moderate Resort, you would go up to around 314 square feet (varies by resort) per room. A Special Offer could make the room more budget-friendly.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions.  -Kara
