Hi Jennifer,
This is where the assistance of a Disney-savvy travel agent would come in handy. If you don't already have a preferred agent, check with your local AAA office. He or she will get you the best price on a land and sea Disney adventure. Personally, I like to book the cruise and Walt Disney World components of this type of vacation separately. I have found the best deals that way. However, I don't think that is always the most cost-effective way to book your trip so it would be worth consulting a skilled travel agent.
I would start by checking out the resorts on www.disneyworld.com and the cruise departure dates and cabin types at www.disneycruiseline.com. Explore the countless port adventures you might enjoy while on board your cruise. Consider whether you want to book transfers between Walt Disney World and Port Canaveral too. Call
Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 to ask questions.
Good luck with your planning and feel free to ask our fabulous Disney Cruise Line specialists, Nancy and Marisol, as many questions as you like. We're also here to answer any questions that you arise regarding the land portion of your trip. I highly recommend that you consider adding the Disney Dining Plan to your reservation at Walt Disney World.
Wishing you and your family a magical journey on land and sea!
Jill
