I am looking to try out the GB Pockit stroller. It folds so tiny that it can fit into my backpack. Will it be possible to keep my son in the stroller while in long lines and then fold it up and store in the bag as we get on the ride?

    Hi, there!

Alisan, I'm so happy to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. And with a little one in tow! Your heart is going to just melt when you see him experience the magic all around him.

As a mom of three, a stroller is an absolute must-have when we're in the theme parks. All those magical experiences require a lot of walking, and little legs tire easily! It's also nice to have the stroller on hand for storage purposes. I'm always sure to pack some snacks and drinks for my kiddos, and I can store them underneath the seat along with the purchases we inevitably make in the theme parks.

Unfortunately, strollers are not permitted in lines unless they're being used as wheelchairs. Not to fret! I have some tips to keep your little guy happy and entertained while you wait to ride. Be sure to download the Play Disney Parks mobile app prior to your arrival. This app is super fun with interactive games that sync with select attractions! I also recommend taking a small snack into line with you. If I hand my kids a little pack of yogurt covered raisins or fruit snacks, I know they'll be more content waiting. Use FastPass+ to your advantage too! We schedule our FastPass+ experiences for attractions that have exceptionally long wait times, and this saves us lots of time and many meltdowns.

When it's time to enter a line for an attraction, you'll park your stroller in a designated stroller parking area. Finding your stroller among a sea of others can be challenging, so I suggest marking your stroller with something that's going to make it stand out like a ribbon or a balloon.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Alisan. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
