    We are looking into a trip next December for 2 adults and 1 child. We will be staying at the Polynesian for 6 nights and we want to go to the parks 4 days. Would it be best to purchace 3 or just 1 AP? FYI, we may make a few weekend trips as well.

    Hi Rodney ~

    It is always a great idea to look at all of the options and compare before purchasing your tickets.

    Currently, the base price for a 4-day ticket (one park per day) for ages 10+ is $350.00 and $330.00 for ages 3 - 9. A 4-day ticket with the park hopper option for ages 10+ is $425.00 and $405.00 for ages 3 - 9. A Disney Platinum Pass (ages 3+) is $779.00 (tax is not included in any of these prices). With this type of Annual Pass you also get some great perks including:
    * An unlimited number of visits (with no blackout dates) to all four theme parks.
    * Park hopping privileges.
    * Free parking at all of the theme parks.
    * Discounts at many merchandise and dining locations (up to 20% off).
    * At times you can get discounts on tours and special event tickets.
    * At times they offer discounts on resort stays.
    * Includes Disney PhotoPass downloads. Memory Maker is $169.00 so having an Annual Pass saves you a lot right there.
    * Discounts when using the Shop Disney Parks app even after you return home (your Annual Pass must be linked to your My Disney Experience Account).

    Please keep in mind that all prices and conditions are subject to change without notice.

    You could consider getting the 4-day tickets with the park hopper option for everyone else in your family and you get an Annual Pass. Those tickets would allow everyone to park hop with you but you can show your Annual Pass to take advantage of most of the discounts for your family. This is what I do because I take some girls trips to do runDisney races during the year and I get more use of an Annual Pass than the rest of my family. If you plan to visit at least three more times this year and go to the theme parks at least a couple of days each visit, an Annual Pass for everyone may be the way to go.

    Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
