We are looking to travel to WDW in Oct/Nov 2017. We will be traveling with 4 adults and 3 children (13, 6 & 4 at time of travel. It would be preferred if we could have joining rooms. How can we do this while booking online? Thanks.

Hi April! The fall months are some of my favorite ones as the weather is cooler and the holiday events are special between Halloween and Christmas. I am sure you are starting your countdown for this great vacation already!

When booking on line there should be a box available where you can make special requests such as connecting rooms. It is important that you use the correct terminology as connecting will mean there is a door inside the room that connects to the room next to it. Adjoining rooms mean they are simply side by side in the hallway but you will need to leave your room to reach it. Either of these options are great when you are traveling with family members.

If you have booked your room on line and were not able to make the request please call the reservation number at 407-939-4357. Have your reservation number handy and they will be glad to add that request for you on your file.

The most important thing to remember is that this is only a request. There are many things that happen when dealing with the puzzles of assigning rooms. They will do everything possible to honor requests but please be patient with them upon check-in.

If you have other questions about room reservations please feel free to click HERE and review some of the questions asked by guests most often. The more you know the better you can plan for a successful vacation. If there is anything else we can assist you with please check back.
