Well hello there...Jasmine?! Wait a minute. Are you the Princess Jasmine?! How exciting to have you here! Welcome to planDisney, Your Highness!

I'm so happy to hear that you are going beyond the castle walls and visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next year. When I attended D23: The Ultimate Fan Event in your home state of California last weekend, they announced lots of exciting offerings coming to the resort in 2025. And I don't think you've ever seen anything like it from your window at the palace! Be sure to follow along with the Disney Parks Blog for exact opening dates and details.

At this time, as long as you are staying at one of the qualifying hotels, you should be eligible to book your Lightning Lanes with Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass 7 days ahead of your arrival date at 7 a.m. EST. Currently, the resort hotels that qualify are the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, or Shades of Green. Just ensure that your reservation is linked to My Disney Experience.

There are a few ways to link your reservation to My Disney Experience so you'll be able to do this. I prefer to do this on a computer because I'm a bit old school like that. I simply visit the linking page, click the "Select" button under "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package," type in the appropriate information, and follow the prompts from there. Of course, you can also conveniently do this through the My Disney Experience mobile app. It's really easy, but for me, it's a bit like teaching an old dog new tricks (sidebar: can you teach your tiger Rajah new tricks easily?). But I have a feeling you're a fast learner! To do this, simply click the 3 horizontal lines (☰) in the bottom right-hand corner, scroll down until you see "Link to Account" under "Account," and click on it. In the upper right-hand corner, select "Type ID," type in the necessary information under "Resort Reservation," click "Link Resort," and follow the prompts.

Jasmine, best wishes for planning the most magical trip ever. If you have any other questions, I'll be here for you!

    Well, there's this girl...,
