Hi Gabi, welcome to planDisney!
Winter is a great time to fly south and visit Walt Disney World Resort. Things will really be heating up at the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which opens on January 13. The
DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series is one of my favorite family date night activities.
Disney Gift Cards are a great way to set aside funds for your magical vacation. They can be used to dine, shop, stay, and play before, during, and after your vacation. I'm pleased to report that a credit and gift card combo is an acceptable form of payment when purchasing your
Walt Disney World Resort tickets. To streamline the checkout process, start by transferring all of your Disney Gift Card funds to one card at
disneygiftcard.com. Next, enter that gift card account and EAN number during step three of the checkout process when purchasing your theme park tickets online. You'll then enter your credit card information to cover the remaining charge. I do not recommend splitting the charge by days because the cost per day of theme park tickets goes down as the ticket length increases.
Once you've purchased your theme park tickets, Gabi, it's time to check the
theme park reservation availability calendar and make your
theme park reservations. A
method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) is also needed for theme park entry. If you haven't already done so, I recommend downloading the
My Disney Experience mobile app, which brings all of your vacation entitlements to your fingertips.
Keep those questions coming, Gabi. I'm hEAR to help!
Choose magic,
Jennifer
