I am looking for my ticket that I purchased for October 27. Where do I find that? I want to save it on my Apple phone in my wallet.

Hi there, Melissa, and welcome to planDisney!

Your most magical vacation is on the horizon. You have quite the adventure ahead! Get ready to indulge in tasty Mickey-shaped snacks and experience some of the most awe-inspiring attractions like TRON Lightcycle / Run. Just talking about it makes me want to visit my Happy Place right now. But first, I will happily help you find your theme park or event ticket in your My Disney Experience App.

Once you’re logged into the My Disney Experience App, click on the three horizontal lines (≡), and select “Tickets and Passes.” There, if your ticket is already linked to your account, you will find your ticket information. To save it in your smartphone’s digital wallet, you’ll want to select the icon below your ticket that states “Save to Wallet.” It will then take you to the Disney MagicMobile to set up the ticket for you and/or the other members of your party. What I love about this feature is that you can even customize your digital card. My digital ticket has an Orange Bird theme, and I always feel like a giddy child when I double-click my phone to present my annual pass.

If you want to learn more about Disney MagicMobile Service, return to the main menu and find “Disney MagicMobile.” At the top of the screen you’ll see “Learn About Disney Magic Mobile,” and there you’ll find some super helpful videos to give you a better visual.

AN EXTRA GEM: If you already have a ticket assigned to you in your Disney MagicMobile and you want to add an additional ticket for a separately ticketed event like Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you may have trouble adding it to your digital wallet. What you’ll want to do instead is take a screenshot of your ticket’s barcode and keep it handy for easy scanning. Some of my friends even save it as their phone’s background while they are at the theme parks. Just another option for you, Melissa!

I hope that this information helps you with your planning! If you need any suggestions or have any other questions about your upcoming vacation, Melissa, please don’t hesitate to revisit us here at planDisney.

    Magic always,
